Red Worm

I have just spotted a red worm hanging out a fishes anus. I have sera netamol (can't spell). I was just wondering if it will treat this worm. Well what I think is a worm. I did feed bloodworm test so wondering if it's just red poo cause of the bloodworm?

What type of fish has the red worm prutruding from the anus.
Red worms hanging from the anus is camallanous worms.
The sera med treats camallanous worms.
I would worm the whole tank.
