Red Tiger Lotus

The leaves are folding on my red tiger lotus. Some leaves remain normal while others will fold up. They seem to be still functionng (not dying) but is this normal. Heres a pic.

The normal leaves usually look like this

Also i noticed that my green temple grows bigger leaves as it grows taller. Is this normal

No idea with the temple but the Nymphea is normal. It will unfold it's leaves when it's ready.

yeah the leaf just unfolded when it hit the surface more.
