Red Texas Cichlid

I just read up somwhere that the Red Texas Cichlid is a hybrid, it said they are bred with a red devil to get this amazing color of theres is this true?

i've never seen a red texas before but this is one nice fish

Vip as far as I know both the red and blue texas are hybirds, and until I read otherwise I would have to belive it to be true

Thats an amazing fish Vip, I have two Texas cichlids and i would love one of those.
I have never even heard of them
