Red Spot On Pleco

As picture there is a bright red spot on my albino pleco and another on his left (right as you look) fin.

Any ideas, swear this tank is gonna be the end of me.

Water parameters fine btw 60 litre understocked overfiltered tank.

How big are the spots do they look like patches more than spots.
Also can you post water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph, plus other fish you have in the tank.

Red spots on skin can be caused by:
Regarding the small red dot, small pinprick like haemorrhages (called petechiae) can be due to a local lesion, a generalised septicaemia or toxaemia caused by acute viral and bacterial infections.
