Red Sea Turbo Co2 System Need Help Please

I just set up the co2 system yesterday and have some question reguarding it. The pump is still not steadily putting co2 in the tank. Also liquid is still getting in the line instead of gas. Did i maybe over fill the body with too much water? Any help would be great if anyone has set one of these up.

Did you use the pre supplied stuff?

dont fill the container to the top

make sure it is below the tank
