Red Pectoral Fin And Dying Fish

Hi All,
I,m new to this site and hoping for some help please,i have a juwel 350 aquarium,established for four months,a variety of fish from Angels,Severums,Earth eaters,Clown loaches and gouramis.
 
 
however the Severum has suffered a fungal infection,fin rot I think,however the angel fish,gouramis have redness around the pectoraLfin.
 
a few fish have now died and I,m concerned the others may do the same.
 
any help appreciated.
