I am going to be buying a 25 gallon tank soon. I already have a 10 gallon set up complete with 5 zebrafish, 5 tiger barbs, 6 neon tetra, 2 dalmatian mollys and 2 platy's which have just gave birth to 4 fry that live happily. I was just wondering whether i could put dwarf gourami's and a single red tailed shark in my new 25 gallon tank?

Welcome to the forum!

Sorry but red tails need a 4ft tank minimum and what are these zebrafish you speak of? Are they zebra danios?
Also I think you may have to many shoaling fish, I wouldnt put a gourami in with tiger barbs as they are very nippy.

Hi thanks for the reply, they are zebra danios. All the fish in my tank look really healthy and get along fine, i have noticed that my platys have quite flowy tails and the tiger barbs keep themselves to themselves and don't bother with any of the fish at all. It's a really good community tank.

I wouldn't get a dwarf gourami if I were you, IMO the stocking cannot have a dwarf gourami with those fish. If I were you I would get 3 more barbs and 3 more neons
