Recommend On This Setting?

Hello Peeps
Well my cory epidemic is not holding off and sincerely think something has been introduced to the water. Out of 13 pygmies have 2 that seem to be going strong now, but I have lost 3 pandas over the upcoming weeks, two were last week on consecutive days and one today. I held off treatment as teh rest really seemed fine and as usual no symptoms. I think Im going to treat now with Sterazin to be on the safe side. But reading the bottle need to move my shrimp as this med isnt safe for them, so the questions,,

Do I need to move my snails, do these count as a crustacean and do they need to be moved (when say crustacean in terms of the med!)?

And I have about 4 cherry shrimp, would they fair ok in a 160 litre community tank? The occupants include pearl gouramis, tetras, cories, glass catfish and bristlenose plec. It is densely planted (more so where they are now) and has bog wood retreats..i dont really have anywhere else for them to go except a unheated, unfiltered small tank with bare pickings if absolutely necessary. Any help on this would be fab.

Also would you treat the sterazin at a smaller than recommended dose as counting cories as a sensitive species?

I think the cherries would be fine in the community. They are fast and it sounds like there are plenty of places to hide.
I treated tanks with apple snails in once with myxazin which has copper in. This is the usual reason for advice not to use with shrimp so I'd say it was OK. if you have the community tank avaiable though, might be worth just moving the snails anyway?

Thanks for that ellena, I think I will move the lone nerite snail and couple of assassins, rather than risk it, Thanks very much for that, here is fingers crossed to me catching them for the community, they freak me out Hopefully one wont attach itself to my hand again and refuse to let go!
