i wouldnt doubt that there are actually fish since they also recently auctioned off a very small tank with a wire top with 2 rats in it ...check their feedback to see recent auctions

Well, considering how it sais, comes with fish, and it is illegal to sell live animals on ebay, it is probably for a dollhouse or decoration. I have something simaler.

I didn't think it WAS legal to sell fish on ebay. Yes I most certainly do consider them living...but on the ebay contract it says you cannot sell live animals...so I figured, fish included?

i'm pretty sure it is technically illegal to sell live animals on ebay although people do it...seems to be a low risk of getting caught
