55g 1 bumble bee cichlid, 1 electric yellow cichlid, 1 raphael catfish, 1 parrot cichlid, 1 firemouth cichlid, 1 pleco, 1 jewel cichlid, 5 mollies, 5 platies, 1 sydontus catfish, 1 tiger barb, 5 black ruby barbs, multiple guppies, 1 crayfish, 4 corys, snails, 3 swordtails, and plants.
to my knowledge, your fish choice will result in inevitable aggression, and yes, i'd say its overstocked too. what you have are a few aggressive fish mixed with peaceful timid fish. this will without a doubt lead to bullying or possible fatal aggression. mollies, platies, guppies, and corys should never be in the same tank as aggressive cichlids.
you've also mixed african cichlids with american cichlids. this is not recommended as africans are more aggressive. basically, you should start over completely. there are far too many conflicting fish in there.

I don't say this to be harsh, but i think you should seriously consider starting over. fish tanks are supposed to be relaxing, but theres nothing relaxing about watching incompatible stressed out fish.
