Looks a little better, although i'm not sure if some of those are aquatic plants, the front ones look dead. The water is still very green.

your foreground looks alittle empty though. to me its like a small grass patch in front, and a huge forest behind.

i'm sure i saw his tank on another thread, i liked it then and i still do now :p

could you give the names of some hardy foreground plants. my tank currently has loads of plants in the background. i am getting some rock to grow java moss on for the midground and some bogwood but would like some foreground plants also

I think it looks pretty darn good.
Are those java fern in the front though? If so you're gonna need to take them out of the gravel and tie them to like a piece of wood or rock. Their roots need to be exposed... same with anubias plants if you have any in there as well.

just wondering is anyone here selling java moss?!...i really really want some but i cant find it anywhere!

I'd give this an 8/10 - the water looks green, front plants looks dead - It may be the background making the water look green? I used to have this problem - changed the light to a blue tinted tube & a brighter susbstrate & it looks much fresher
