Why not up the tetra schools to 6? I don't know anything about the Acara, but otherwise it sounds good to me.

It would be better yo have 1 species of tetra in a larger group. Say 10 Black Phantoms.

yeah i'd up the number of the tetras they do prefer being in groups of 6+ 2 species of tetras will most likely never schoal together.
