Re-Naming Fish (Not Latin Names)

I was stood in the LFS today, choosing which school of Tetras i will be picking up at the weekend and was looking at the Rummynose tetra. If i could re name these i think they would suit Christmas tetra or Racing tetra.

Any others?

I still think Angels look like snooty french Waiters - their noses slightly up in the air -


I would name Bristlenose plecs. They would become Everlasting warriors. They live forever and certainly put up a fight for caves in my tank.

I would rename clown loachs to gentle giants. The get big and there very peaceful!

lol, to me too many, especially LFS, choose to re name fish. it leads to confusion all round.

but, i would re name my Green Terror, Pussy Cat. my Pleco, Grumpy. my Dollars, Quick Silver. my Silver Shark, Regal Shark (as that how it swims about)

lol, to me too many, especially LFS, choose to re name fish. it leads to confusion all round.

but, i would re name my Green Terror, Pussy Cat. my Pleco, Grumpy. my Dollars, Quick Silver. my Silver Shark, Regal Shark (as that how it swims about)

Try calling my green terrors that! My bigger one that in the living room has a 75 to himself for now getting moved to a 55 by himself soon he chases us all over the room and if you walk up to his tank its on.

to be honest, that's after i expected. when i bought it, it was sold as a Blue Acara. lol i was too dim to know the difference. but it really has turned out a softy. which, for me, is fortunate.
