Random Gourami Death

I came home and found my biggest pearl gourami female dead. I figured she was gonna die because she stopped eating yesterday and only moved to to suck some air. any idea why she died. all levels are zero excluding nitrAte which is 10-ish. have might this have happened?

What else is in the tank? What do you feed them? Did she show any other symptoms before this?

It's kind of difficult for anyone to come up with an explanation with only the water parameters (which simply mean water quality was not at fault) and the fact that she stopped eating. Lack of appetite is almost always the last thing to go wrong before death. You need to give some more info. - there are way too many possibilities.
