Rams

I am getting a 50 litre tank and have been wanting to put Bolivian Rams in it. Is this tank big enough? If not what rams would be fine to put in a tank of this size? And finally what tank mates would you recommend?

No Bolivians wouldn't not be any good for that tank. I wouldn't recommend any rams for that size tank as my pair of Gold Rams used all 19g(87l) of my tank everyday and they get to approx. 2in long and can be quite aggressive towards tank mates.
 
I'd say something like Nannacara or Laetacara would be much more suited to your tank size.
 
As for tank mates - There's a few.
 
How about this?

8x Ember Tetra's OR 8x Galaxy Rasboras.
2x Nannacara OR Laetacara
