Im quite sad, i've just found out that my tank that was sold to me as a 29 gallon tank is actually more like 20 gallons

Suppose it serves me right for not measuring it for nearly a year lol

you could always get a bigger tank later (or now) .... its ok let the mts spread.

A 20 H is a nice size for a small fish collection. I have one with about 50 endlers in it of all ages. That is about 50 because there is no way to count more than or 4 with any consistent result. It will not change what fish stocking you already have or how they are doing in the tank. It will affect how willing you are to add fish in the future, or it should.

I used to have two 29 gallon tanks (on the same stand, one above the other) and I always wished I had a 20 gallon because it seemed it would look more natural, like looking sideways into a stream. Always felt like it would be better for plants too!
