Hi just a quick question, would a bristlenose plec or a clown cat be compatible with 7 tiger barbs?

I would probably go with the bn plec. They rarely seem to be bothered by anything, and will continue munching on algae while ignoring everything around them.

Let me know how yours get on as I plan to do the same. I have a 33 US gal and plan to add 5 green tiger barbs to go with the brown Bristle nose plec that's already in there.

i have a plec in my 55 gal. tank and have tiger barbs in the tnk as well. they do not bother the plec at all!

Definetly go with the BN Plec. Majority of Plecos are compatable with almost anything
