Quick Help With Quarentine Tank

Hey,
i just bought 5 more neon tetras and on the way home though of starting a quarentine tank as it is highly recommended. So i was wondering how i would start it up.
I have a 40L tank and a filter that has the filter media from my main tank. And also some gravel.
I was wondering if that is all i need?

I gave up on waiting to find- well most likely end up buying- a power board....so many in this dang house but all in use

So i put them in my main tank - after acclimatising for ages- and i'm just hopeing for the best

and yeah...good old Aus it was only like 3:00pm here when i bought them
