Quick Cycle Question

Hi all, I don't have acces to pure ammonia, to start my cycle of

I have read somewhere you can put a bit of food in to start it. I have put some sand in from my existing tank.

Is this correct?

Yes you can use fish food. Amonia is available from boots if you are in the UK

I am but not near a boots all week

I will start with the food thank you

Also I do believe B&Q sell ammonia too. And some hardware stores.
