I just got a 45G bow front aquarium that i just started cycling and I was wondering what would be the best type of cichlids for a beginner with this species, I wanted to start of with something realatively easy too care for till I learn more about the more difficult kind too keep

Great to hear you're looking into cichlids! They are very fun to keep!
There's a few things that need to be answered here first though
First off what are your water parameters?
Would you like a more aggressive or semi aggressive  setup?
do you want old world or new world cichlids?
are you looking to keep them with any other kinds of fish?

just some suggestions you may want to look into to get you started off here:
Kribensis
German Blue Ram
Nicaraguan Cichlids
Yellow Labs
Firemouth cichlids

All fish ive listed are well tempered and/or relatively hardy fish.

Feel free to correct me on anything here
Hope this helped

I wanted too do just a cichlid tank I'm looking at a mildly aggressive set up something with colourful fish for the family too enjoy. I jus started my cycling today put my first dosage of biological aquarium supplement, I'm using tap water for My tank an the exact water quality from the tap reads nitrate 0-safe nitrite 0-safe hardness 75-soft alkalinity 80-moderate ph 6.8
