I jus recently bought a dragon goby at my LFS although I know quite a bit about dragon goby's such as the live in brackish water and are blind and also need sand bottoms. I was told it would do OK for a while in fresh water but I would like to put him in brackish water so how do I do that an also they had told me they are very aggressive an that they sold one an it ate too small sharks so I was wondering if it would do the same with my 3 convicts and yellow lab witch are pretty small I do have too tank but the other is not a sand bottom an I would like to put him in in the best set up I can seeing as they didn't seem to have him set up in anything great at the shop

I have a 100 gallon with a couple medium African cichlids I think it will do OK in there

Aggressive?! Lol

They may look fierce but they are detritus and algae feeders. They also readily eat small items that sink to the bottom. Smooth or fine substrate is highly recommended because of this feeding habit.
