Question With The Whole Planted Aquarium Idea

Tanks set up fifty fifty other side is white sand rocks and drift wood then the other side is
Eco complete black gravel
seven stalks of wistera
onion plant
four bunches of java fern
Bout 2 cups of java moss
morimo ball
A 16 leafed amazon sword
8 bunches of Rotala
a bunch of anubias
and a lot of giant grass

I'm trying to figure out if I should just keep doing my 25% Water changes every friday or if by doing it every week I'm plucking out nutrients from my aquarium and should I decide to just do it twice a month?

3 african dwarf frog
2 amano shrimp
1 assassin snail

Best thing to do is split your dosing down to daily doses and then on weekly water change day, water change then dose.
