Pygmy Cory Rip - Should I Replace Him?

I found one of my pygmy corys dead today. Water chemistry is normal, I hadn't noticed any strange behavior from any of the fish, and I
didn't see anything unusual on his body.

I'll watch the tank carefully for a few days, but if there are no other problems, should I replace him? I have 5 remaining pygmy corys, 6 neons, one dwarf gourami, and 2 ghost shrimp. I have read here that the corys should be in a group of six, but they don't seem to school the way the neons do. Sometimes 3 or 4 are together but they are often independent. I'm thinking that if they're happy in a group of 5, I'll leave things as they are.

How long have you had the fish? If new, they might have just got over-stressed about the move if there are no other signs.
I used to find my pygmys didn't always stay together too - in my experience, it's just something they sometimes do. I would add another cory though if you feel it's safe (no emerging issues within the next few days, etc) as they do like a good sized group

Thanks -- I've had them about 2 months, and they were the first fish to be added to the tank. I've been fully stocked for abotu 7-8 weeks.

I have noticed that a couple of them have grown significantly bigger than the others...the one that died was one of the little ones. Could some of them not be getting enough to eat?
