After the silver dollar crisis the punteus t. are not eating for days now one of the females died and I now definately know that they are sick - the females don´t eat, have bloated stomach (much more then normally), protruding eyes, red spots - I saw on belly, close to the fins, anus. The males don´t eat and one of them has got curved spine slightly, they tend to be at the top of the water (breathing) - not always. And are either static or chasing sometimes. We have managed to separate 2 out of 7 but the other 5 are still in - it was very difficult to get them out. The moment we were trying to get them they were much more lively, hiding and clever, despite the desease. The two of them I´m treating in plastic (don´t have spare glass one) aquarium with bactopur. Guys what do you recommend, is it that fish TB after all?:-( I am close to give up, and throw everything out and finish with the fish keeping - what if I got it?
Tonight we will try to get the rest out - but I´m not sure if it will be possible - with the silver dollar and harlequins in the tank it is very difficult to get them out... lucc I can´t do this anymore!!!!
