hehe me again :p ,looking for a decent pump to run the filter, tried a central heating pump but its a pain having to keep priming it when i switch it on,like i said in another post im on a budget this year,so looking for cheap but effective,on the garden front i decided to scrap phase 2 which was to be a deeper 6x4 pond and go for a larger one ,just waiting for a price from the fibreglass chappies

ok this topic went down like a hole in the head  follwoed a link on pauls post and went for a Vip submersable looks like itl do the job,on that note im offline for a few days ,need to strip down the pc and lay some laminate flooring ,keep the wife sweet so ill see you all at the weekend ,happy fishing y`all

Found out they were bust and my dad had brought them home to try and fix them from work.

He works in a furniture factory so have pumps if it floods.

got the pump and it works a treat just had a great idea for a filter using a council wheelie bin, similar to a black box filter but larger using more layers of medium  ill let you know if it works

lol thats a good one, you wouldn't be incouraging teenages like myself to go and nick wheelie bins would you now :p
