Hey
Yesterday i bought a xenia frag. There's three seperate bunches on the tonga branch. Its all out and extended today but there's no pulsing montion? Does it take a couple of days to fully settle in and start pulsing. Is it in too low current? There' enoguh for it to be gently swaying up and down if you knwo what i mean.. I'll try and get a cideo up later.
And does it grow real quick, as its relatively small at the moment
Cheers

Any coral, newly introduced, may have a bit of 'shock' and needs time to acclimate. Personally, xenia is my favorite coral to LOOK AT IN THE LFS. It tends to spread rapidly. It IS beautiful tho'. SH

Some xenia never pulse, most do though. It's not a bad sign, maybe give them a week or so but then move them around if theyre still not.

If it isn't melting away, you should be fine. Xenia is as unhardy in shipping as it is hardy once it is acclimated.
