For the last 3 days my puffers are refusing to eat. Tried blood worms, prawns and muscles and none of the 3 have touched them.

I've noticed today that my knight goby is swimming as if he is injured and is sitting on the bottom most of the time. He also didn't eat today or yesterday. I've just found him at the back of the tank sitting vertically upwards in the java ferns.

The water parameters are fine. Ammonia 0 nitaite 0 and nitrate 10-20ppm

Any ideas?

Just thought i would add that there are no signs of damage to him and I haven't seen the puffers at him since they have all been in there

Not tried that yet but they were loving prawns bloodworms and muscles up until 3 days ago

Can add live bloodworm to the list. Won't touch that either. 5 days not eating now

Have you checked to see if their teeth are overgrown? Though its strange that this would occur to multiple puffers simultaneously. Notice anything different about their coloration? Sunken bellies? Could be IPs, but my guess is that some sort of infection has struck your tank and affected all of its inhabitants.
