I've just started adding CO2 to the tank to encourage plant growth. The pH has dropped from 7.4 to 6.8
The Keyholes have suddenly started acting aggressively towards each other. I have one pair that seem to be in a pre-spawing satte and two others. The fish are constantly fighting amongst themselves. Would the pH drop (towards the ideal for these fish) cause an increase in aggression? I know the breeding pair get narky when they are setting up home but the others have gone bonkers too.

I can't imagine a change in PH having an affect on their behaviuor. But i know from experience that my pair of breeding keyholes will not tolerate other keyholes your others might have decided to fight back. I really recommend removing either the breeding pair or the other keyholes to another tank if you want harmony in your tank! ;)

Well, I was wrong about the pre-spawning behaviour. There was no pre about it. Came home today to find the female guarding a batch of eggs, I guess about 100 or so.

Wow thats one lucky keyhole!! Just from experience keyholes will eat their eggs the first few times after that they should get it right! Mine haven't but i think my male is infertile or my fish are weird. haven't decided yet !!
