Right, well I've finally received my bottles of Protozin and Sterazin from a seller on ebay but they have arrived with no boxes or instructions...

Does anyone have these and happen to have the instructions that they wouldn't mind divulging how I should use them, or even scanning a picture of the English bit of the instructions and sending to me? I thought maybe Waterlife may have a section on their website with a PDF or something but I can't see it...

i wouldn't use them mate as they could be anything. Also waterlife do a concentrated versions of their products and the dosage may be different. How come they have no details and are in different packaging?

Well, the bottles themselves look genuine and there is a brief set of instructions on the label. I bought them off a seller on ebay (with plenty of +ve feedback) but they have just arrived loose in a jiffy without a box, packing note or instructions.

Actually, I have just peeled of a bit of a label and there are some instructions in other languages underneath - could it be that they don't come with separate written instructions?

Get back to the seller mate..
They should be able to help if not the theyshould not be selling it IMO

If they have the genuine label, the instructions are there :) its just irritatingly hard to find. They never come with a box anyway.

If you look on the back (not the underside) it will give you a dosage per liter of tank water, tell you to remove carbon and turn off uv steralizers...

And right at the very bottom (yes in the tiny writing thats there) it usually has a series of numbers. It varies from medication to medication but either Protozin or Myxazin it will say "treat on days:1,2,3,4 &5" exactly like that.

EDIT: aparently for protozin it should have "days 1,2,3 & 6" (before you do a water change on day 7 and either add carbon back or do a further course of treatment)

Thanks for that - I can see some instructions on the label - it is literally pretty much as you have put above, no mention of water changes or anything like that ( I assume I'm not supposed to change water between doses??) In this case, the meds look fine - I just assumed they would come with some detailed instructions and a box!

I always use the Waterlife range and never had them in a box. Yes, those instructions are all you get - and annoyingly very tiny writing. The clear plastic cap is the measuring cap (the one on top of the bottle cap). If you hold it up to the light you will see that it has lines marked out on it, so measuring shouldn't be difficult.

Only do water changes if it tells you on the instructions. With some meds you don't do a water change until after the treatment course has ended.

Also, I don't think you can mix treatments, so only use one product at a time with a couple of good water changes in-between.
