What is the proper way to take the fish above from the pet store kept in in fresh water and put him in my Brackish tank 1.010

I used a drip to match salinity slowly before But i am still worried as the last guy didnt make it.

Hopefully it was something else that killed him not the acclimation.

Can anyone give details on How much to raise the salinity in how long?

The fish in the BW tank now (GSP,B Goby,Guppie) were super slowly adapted because the tank was FW before.
Like .02 per month increase

Thats way to slow Just to add a fish ehh

The drip method is the best way to acclimate. You already have experience doing it, but this article from Dr. Smith and Fosters shows how to DRIP ACCLIMATE (at the bottom of the page). IMHO 24 hours is a bit overkill. 3-4 will be adequate.
