Progress So Far....

I guess I should post some pics of the tanks progression....

It holds 55 Imperial Gallons (so thats some what more US Gallons ??)

I now have a cannister filter fitted ...

anyway...

First day of plants.. (2nd day with water in)

So...

A week passes...

And tonight (2 weeks on from putting water in)

Soon.... fish...

but before fish.... still not tested the water... waiting for it to clear...

Eventually it will go clear .... I hope !!! there is enough filtration to filter the entire tank several times per hour !!

Hi there!

So you've not used your two weeks to have the ammonia in there?

The filter won't have any effect on the bacterial bloom you've got going there.
