Producing Co2

hi

i have just set up my own co2 system using a series of pop bottles. please could you suggest a good ratio for an average flow of cabon dioxide. eg what ratio of sugar , yeast and water you use.

2L bottle = 2 cups of sugar (220ml per cup), 1 teaspoon of yeast, (although half can be used if you want less) / fill water 3/4 or to the part where it just starts to curve. (if that makes sense)
