Pregnant Platy

I think i have got a pregnant platy she has got a black spot and has rather a large belly how will i know when she is ready to give birth

Any help appreciated

Well her belly will "square off"... basically she looks like a swimming cube! The bottom of her belly will be flat, like a cube. Could you post a pic? I could give you an estimate of when I think she will give birth if you show me.
