Pregnant Molly With Flatblly!

hey,
i'm concerned about 2 of my mollies who were pregnant but now they have a flat belly......shes moving slow with clamped fins sometimes........sometims shes either on the top or bottom......she looks a bit purplelish......i dont hav a test kit cause the pet stores dont have one.....but yesterday i changed 25% of the water.....i have a 20 gallon tank with 2 swordtails 2 tangerines and 2 pregnant black mollies who are completely fine.........this symtoms hav been happening for over a week now......FYI i dnt hav a test kit cause no pet store has it.....please help me whoever is available.......

clamped fins are a sign of stress. Stress has many causes but as you don't have a test kit it's difficult to assertain the cause. By the other symptoms though I'm going to assume this is ammonia poisoning. I'd advise a large water change with temp matched, dechlorinated water and see if the fish perk up
