Pregnant Molly Ready To Pop

ive got a pregnant white molly and she is ready to pop so i took her out of the main tank and put her into the trap with the separating shelf in for the fry to escape to, only problem is the father a black molly has jumped into the trap with her lol what should i do remove him or leave him in?

i was thinking the same but then the other could have been company to stop it getting stressed, ive taken the black one out now
