Powerhead On All Day?

Hello again!

Not sure im posting in the right forum, but......

I got a powerhead at long last but not sure how long to run it for? Should i just leave it on continuesly or just when i'v got the light on?

That's entirely up to you mate, most people just keep them on continuesly.
