There's no need to dose the tank for the other fish unless they are sick. The reason i mentioned medication was to treat any infections that might appear on the gourami. However, since it died, there's no need to treat.

What you can do is a 75% water change and gravel clean the substrate every day for a week. That will clean the conditions up and give the remaining fish a nice clean tank to live in. I recommend doing this any time you lose a fish.
Make sure any new water is free of chlorine/ chloramine before it's added to the tank.
