Posting Shrimps...?

Hi, just wondering... What's the best way to pack/post shrimp?
What would I need to buy? (poly boxes/bags/heat pads)

You'll just need bags and boxes in this weather, put the shrimp in a bag filled with a 1/3 water and put some filter floss in there too for them to hold on to, then double bag them, place the first bag into the second so that the knots are at opposing ends. Then place them in a box and protect it with paper shreddings.
