Posting Reply With Pictures?

Sorry, i no this isnt supposed to be in this section of the forum but i dont know where else to post it

I've posted pictures in my replys to different things on here already but today i tryed to post a picture and i couldnt find where to click to open My Pictures?

they need to be pasted on via photobucket or similar. copy and paste the img code and it should work

the attachment box doesnt show though just the options box
