so once again i have to clean the newt tank (something i hate to do but do anyways) and i need ideas for land!!! my current set up is below, the only difference now is that there is a wet paper towel over the rocks due to my small newt having dry skin
what you see in the tank is what i am using! so, no, unfortunately i cant put an actual divider in to make permanent land and water. i do have play sand availible but i feel that would make poor Newton's dry skin worse. any ideas on how to make him less dry?? (he just shed his skin about 3 days ago- freaked me out because i didnt know what was happening at first, i just turned on the light and there was Newton all wet and pulling something off the tip of his tail and i was like
