Possible Fish Tuberculosis, Unsure What To Do

I enthuanized one of my fish this morning after its spent several days stuck at the bottom of the tank with the following symptoms and did not respond to antibacterial medicine
Bent spine
Darkened colour
Erratic swimming.
Aside from this it was still eating ok when it could get to food.
All the tanks parameters are fine and the other inhabitants all seem healthy.
I'm concerned that it may have been fish TB but I'm not keen to move the fish to another tank and cleanse and cycle the first tank again, several of the fish are very old already and I think the stress would do a lot of harm.

Any tips or insight would be greatly appreciated.

Size of tank in gallons or litres
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

Bent spine can be due to injury, birth defect, vitamin deficiency, internal parasites, fish tb, old age.

How old was the fish?

Did the fish look skinny or bloated.
What does it look like when your fish go to the toilet.
Is the anus of the fish enlarged or red and inflamed.
Any worms sticking out of the anus.
Do any fish have sunken in bellys.

Hey thanks for the reply.
It's an 80 litre tank with 2 gold tetras, 10 black widow tetras, and did have 4 blue rams until the one I mentioned fell ill. He was very skinny by today, didn't see any droppings or worms the belly was possibly slightly sunken but it was hard to judge with the bent spine and skinnyness.
Ph is 6.2, ammonia and nitrites virtually 0 and nitrates less than 10.

Your tanks looks abit on the overstocked size.

Have you ever wormed your fish.

Keep a look out for when your fish go to the toilet.
As the symtoms are also pointing towards internal parasites.

How old are the fish that are affected?
Have you added any new fish to the tank lately.

I've never wormed the fish not really had any health problems until now. The black widow tetras are a recent addition they all appear very healthy though, they were introduced within the last 2 weeks. I know the tanks a bit overstocked but I'll be inhereting a new 55 gallon tank within the next 2 weeks and was planning on moving the tetras across. The rams are about 2 and a half now. I'll keep an eye out for signs of parasites and possibly pick up some worming medicine.

It's hard to say fish tb without tests.
But darkening in colour is one of the symtoms.
But if the fish are old it could just be old age.

I would worm your fish as it best to anyway.

As a precaution wear latex gloves if you have cuts on your hands or arms.

If anymore symtoms get back to the board.
