Possible Dropsy? Or Just Bloated?

epsom salt is a very very common remedy for PEOPLE too..many soak their feet in a hot saltbath when their feet ache..or add it to the tub and take a bath. you should be able to find epsom salt just about anywhere they have medical supplies like bandaids and vitamins. a pharmacy, grocery store or a big store like walmart.
just make sure youre getting epsom salt (magnesium sulfate) and not something else.
all "salt" means is there are two ions tuck together. when you put them in a solvent they come apart.
for example table salt is sodium chloride (NaCl). the sodium(Na) losely bonds with the chlorine(Cl)...put them into a solvent like water and they break apart into Na and Cl (instead of being stuck together)..evaporate that water(solvent) off and they come back together as NaCl. just one exapmple of salt. the different salts have different compositions and therefor work for different things (ie aquarium salt is not the same as marine salt is not the same as epsom salt).
so really epsom is the one you need for this particular task.
how is the fish today? still hanging in there?

hey....well it doesnt look to good 
he isnt more bloated but his gills are starting to turn abit white 
to top this of he doesnt like to move about alot....he is sitting under and on top of the filter most of the time, he will rest on it and not move, no fin movement nothing, looks like he is dead he has got me worried so many times today doing it 
ive got an internal parasite treatment for him, its interpet anti internal bacteria treatment, which was the best my lfs could offer...this one is a does on day 1, then anouther dose on day 4, so i will be adding anouther dose on monday, the only thing with it is the treatment can harm plants and will kill of my filter, bit stuck on what im to do there oh! i also got him a brand new heater today to! i hope he pulls through

ok ive been treating cloud as i should be with the epsom salts and the internal med, but this is how he is looking....
im not sure its helping, should i end his suffering? or should i keep trying, i dont want to loose him but at the same time i dont want him to suffer....advise please

OK just to update on this....i had a good POV look down on cloud today and....his scales are not pine coning as much anymore!!! if anything they barely are now!!! but he is still very bloated, going to carry on with adding salt in his daily water changes and see how it gos, may well give him a extra salt bath before his due date this sat....any more input?? is this a good sign or a possible worse sign that he is mega infected??? please tell me its a good sign...i got so excited when i saw he didnt have his scales sticking out far...

keep doing what you are doing..he looks so much better. looked in a dire state in the first pic and although still bloated, looks a ton better.
have you seen his poop lately? is it still white or back to a normal color?
if still white at the end of this treatment, do another one just to be sure. he looks much much better now though.
