Possable White Spot On My New Betta :(

hey all,when i was giving him his morning feed a few mins ago i noticed a single white spot next to his gill
is this the start of a white spot infection?
i have only had him for 5 days now so i am not sure if it is me being a little bit paranoid or whether its a problem
i dont have a picture sadly but any help is appreciated

It might be a parasite called ICH.

lol i should have posted this sooner but i found out what it was,an air bubble stuck to his side....

Dont worry, last night i was doing water changes on my males and i began to panic cus i saw fungus all over one of them...................it was bubbles too

Glad to hear its just an air buble. Too often we bring home fish that are showing no visible signs of disease until a couple days later of being in our tank.
