Can you not try epsom salt dips??
1 teaspoon of epsom salts in 1 litre of water for 20minutes twice a day.

1 of my male bettas suffered terrible pop eye and fin rot after breeding. I was treating his tank with myxazin and giving him twice daily epsom salt baths. Epsom salts draw fluids out. It work for me anyway

Ok, I have epsom salt so im going to do a combo of our ideas. How about I treat the meds normally, but i do water changes every day but add epsom salt into the water to help with the infection. Whats the ratio for teaspoons per gallon?

Wow, that epsom salt sure does the trick! I don't know if it was the meds kicking in or the salt, but their eyes have gone down a tad Thanks for the advice

Glad to hear it is working and I need to try this for one of my fish, looks like a male Persian Killifish has single popeye, will have to buy some epsom salts asap.
