Fish Symptoms (include full description including lesion, color, location, fish behavior):
One neon tetra has pop eye. Sadly I got him from my LFS two weeks ago with it, there were like 7 in a bag together so I didn't notice till I got home. It hasn't gotten worse, but it doesn't look any better either. Otherwise all my fish look happy and healthy, swimming fine, not hiding, & eating well.

Volume and Frequency of water changes:
20% every week (fridays to be exact)
Chemical Additives or Media in your tank:
Flourish Tabs

Tank inhabitants:
11 neon tetras, 2 bolivian rams, 4 (now) cories

Recent additions to your tank (living or decoration): 3 false julii cories & planning to add a lot more plants this weekend though.

One tetra was found dead two weeks ago, one dead yesterday, and one cory today.

I'm thinking the cory may have passed because my boyfriend is not very fish inclined and he picked up three of them yesterday at my request but failed to follow my directions on acclimating them.

That doesn't explain my random neon deaths though... Maybe stress? I do notice some being mean to one another occasionally. I actually thought two had died yesterday because one was missing even after I removed the dead one..but he reappeared today.

Hi, I am curious as to what your directions are to acclimating them
When did you first start your tank?
