slightly off topic but yousaid you feed cucumber once a week, you may like to try courgette instead (especially with your new BN) as it has much more nutritional value.

I have a kissing gourami that sits when I'm not in the room but everytime I walk in he gets up (we are best friends hence the name) he also sleeps sitting on the bottom maybe he is unhappy or bored just a guess though
