Quick wondering wether or not, Pog. Helferi will work in this set up as a foreground plant?

60 Litre
Fine Gravel Substrate
Ferts - will be dosing TPN+ Solution
CO2 - Flourish Excel Liquid CO2
Lighting - 18w 10k Power glo (may upgrade to 2x15w 6500k and 10000k.
