PMDD ingredients

I'm not on the UK but someone might answer just now

Fertilizer Recipe (Poor Man's Dupla Drops)
• 1 Tbsp (~9g) Chelated Trace Element Mix (7% Fe, 1.3% B, 2% Mn, 0.06% Mo, 0.4% Zn, 0.1% Cu, EDTA, DTPA)
• 2 Tsp (~14g) K2SO4 (potassium sulfate)
• 1 Tsp (~6g) KNO3 (potassium nitrate)
• 2.5 Tbsp (~33g) MgSO4.7H2O (fully hydrated magnesium sulfate, aka epsom salts; omit if already present in trace element mix)
• 300mL distilled H2O
• 0.5mL 9M HCl (optional)

K2SO2 is much beter than KNO3, because you really don't want to add more NO3- to your tank, if you keep fishes. If you have no fishes at all, then KNO3 is necessary.

And keep MgSO2 and K2SO4 in another bottle.

Here is my recipe:

500ml bottle:

- 3 ml Fe-EDTA
- 6 ml trace mineral, don't know what you have there.
- 2,5 ml Mn-EDTA

500ml bottle:

- 21 g MgSO4
- 10,5 g K2SO4

Both are needed 10ml/100 liter water weekly.

Hope you find some! (Ask from pharmacies and from agriculture/garden store)
