I have PM asking me for help, when you click on the link it takes you to an adult site for "meeting adult friends"

I got it as well.

I thought it was fishy(lol) as the "member" who sent it had zero posts. I just deleted it without opening as I figured it was most likely a virus but I guess it's a link to a porn site.

Only reason I have not deleted it yet is so that I can pass on member name to mods so they can ban that IP address.

I set the board, for now, so that you have to have 10 or more posts to be able to use the pm system. The only difficulty this will cause is that members who do have 10 or more posts will have to post once to be able to use the pm system.

Hello, all I guess I got the same type of email someone I've never talked to or chated with sent me message and I was directed to this place. this is what was sent to me ->(mignulikz has sent you a new personal message titled "Hello".) <- and for some reason I can't access that message so I guess I'm lucky on that.

That's a good idea about posting 10 messages before being able to send a pm. It's not going to be a big issue for those who already have 10 posts to do one more and then send a PM. Most people simply put a post online asking for help, and then send a PM if they don't get a response. So chances are most people won't even know about it.

Anyway, I'm glad I wasn't the only one to receive a request for help by miqnulikz

I had an email saying i had a message , thought it was odd because i had never posted here ........I think this member might have a new user name? , there is a very similer name , a new joiner who seems to have been posting ( havent read the posts tho ) ..

Disappointed everyone got the pm , i thought i was special lol
