Well i cancelled my contractless broadband and talk...

got charged a £40 router fee, £25 disconnection fee...

They then charged me for another months usage even after i cancelled my Direct Debit.

Apparently in their T&C they will take your card details and pay for the bill if they dont receive the initial payment via direct debit!


As for Sky, currently they're a God send
